Viseras para Nissan Cube

Nissan Cube Sun Visors

To adequately shield your eyes from the sun while driving your Nissan Cube, it is important to have functional sun visors. If yours are no longer doing their jobs, it is time to install replacement parts.

What is the purpose of Nissan Cube sun visors?

Visors are vehicle components that fold down to protect the eyes of people in the front seat of the car. They particularly serve to block the incoming rays of sun so that bright light does not impair your vision. This makes driving safer and more comfortable. When your visors dont effectively perform this function, it is time to replace them.

When should you consider a sun visor replacement?

There are a number of reasons why you might need a replacement sun visor, including:

  • Your visor is broken: Over time, visors may lose the tight fit that they once had, so they no longer hold their positions. Another problem that can happen is that the clip that holds the accessory breaks off.
  • You dont like the size or shape of your visors: Some drivers do not like the factory-made, original visors that come with their Nissan Cubes, so they choose to replace their originals with aftermarket parts that provide shade from the sunshine.
  • You want additional features: If your visors do not have mirrors or lights, you might want to upgrade to a style that features these accessories.
What is the difference between sun visors and sunshades?

Sun visors are built-in accessories that are permanently installed in a Cube. They shield eyes from the rays of the sun while driving or riding in the passenger seat. Their positions are adjustable.

Sunshades are removable devices that block the suns rays from heating up a car while it is parked. These devices are placed in the windshield after parking, and they are removed again before you drive your Cube.

How do you replace a sun visor?

To install a replacement sun visor in your Nissan Cube, follow these steps:

  • Rotate your adjustable sun visor out and down, so it is positioned against your Cubes side window.
  • Use a screwdriver or another tool to pry the cover off of the assembly that attaches your visor to the roof of your car.
  • Unscrew the mount that attaches the visor to the car.
  • Take hold of the visor, and tug it gently until it comes away from the vehicle.
  • Set the stem of the replacement visor in the housing that is located in the ceiling of your car.
  • Use the screws that you removed from the original visor to hold this one in place.
  • Return the assembly cover to its spot.

If your unit has a lighted mirror, you will also need to disconnect or connect its electrical wires during the installation process.
