Apply direct heat from a hair dryer to the perimeter seal of the mirror. Use a flathead screwdriver to pull the seal away from the edges of the mirror. Pry the glass out of the assembly. Insert the new piece of mirrored glass. Apply a bead of silicone adhesive all the way around the mirrors edge and press down on the seal to attach it to the mirror. Keep the mirror in a dry, mild environment for 24 hours so that the adhesive can cure.
